According to Watch With Kristin, FOX’s new show New Girl got picked-up for 24 episodes, and did better than “its lead-in Glee. In fact, New Girl premiered as the network’s highest-rated fall sitcom debut in 10 years.”
Though I loved the pilot, I was not very impressed with last week’s episode, but I think Zooey Deschanel’s character, Jess is great. I love Jess’ awkwardness, and she has great chemistry with the other characters, so I am happy to hear that it got a full season, because I think there will be a lot more great episodes to come.
