Andrew and Juliet are arguing about the outfit Juliet is wearing for her first day at public school, and Bridget convinces her to change. Andrew walks out to the car, and Juliet hands over all her drugs to Bridget.
Andrew disposes of the rags/broken items in a dumpster in an alley.
Bridget is about to dump the drugs down the toilet, but then stops and looks at herself in the mirror.
Henry arrives at JFK airport.
Bridget calls Charlie and leaves a voice message that she is having problems dumping the stash. The house phone then rings and the apartment front desk calls her to say that someone named Maddy Smithsfield from Gemma’s office is there to see her. Maddy says she’s there to drop off the keys to the loft, and then Maddy asks if Bridget has heard from Gemma because she didn’t show up at the office and she can’t reach her.
Juliet arrives at school and everyone stares at her. A girl behind her in class keeps harassing her, calling her rich girl and saying she needs $5…Juliet gives it to her and says now her family can eat for a whole month. The teacher turns around and asks if there’s a problem…but the girl tells him there is no problem.

She insists that she didn’t do anything, but he starts shouting at her to say what happened. She tells him that he looks very guilty cleaning up crime scenes.
Flashback eight months ago, and Henry jokes about Andrew, Juliet and Gemma dying, and Siobhan suggests they take matters into their own hand. She leaves Henry hanging, but then tells him he’s gullible.
Present day, Bridget tells Andrew she would never do anything like that, and he yells at her again, and she leaves.
In Wyoming, Machado is investigating Malcolm’s disappearance, and they decide to go see Macawi to see what he knows.
Malcolm is still being tortured for information on Bridget’s whereabouts by Macawi’s men. They continue to torment him with drugs, they tell him he can have some tomorrow, and then he tells them he’ll tell them everything they want to know.
The girl from class approaches Juliet again and throws her into a locker. Juliet then jumps on her and they roll around in the hallway. Teachers come and break up the fight.
Bridget gets home and tries Gemma again. She goes in her room and pulls out Juliet’s stash. She then is grabbed from behind and her mouth is covered.
—
The person who grabbed her is Henry. He lets her go, and tells her he believes her now, but tries to assure her he didn’t do it either. She tells him to call the police, but he says there is no way they aren’t going to look guilty. She tells him to leave so she can think. Her phone rings, and it’s Charlie.
She meets him at a coffee shop, she gives him the drugs, and he throws them out.
Henry arrives back at his place, and Bridget calls him and tells him she believes him. She asks him where he left the rags to make sure he covered his tracks.
Machado arrives at Macawi’s strip club where Malcolm is being held. He asks Macawi if he’s familiar with Malcolm, but Macawi says no, and won’t allow him to look around.

They come inside, and question him, and they then ask him to go down to the precinct with them.
Bridget gets a call from Charlie as she watches what’s happening to Henry. She tells him that she’d like him to be her new sponsor.
Machado’s partner tells him they found DNA that connects one of Macawi’s men to the crime scene of Malcolm’s disappearance which is enough to get a warrant.
They arrive at the strip club, and begin searching. They go down into the basement, but Malcolm isn’t there anymore.
At the school, the teacher from earlier approaches Juliet, and she tells him she wanted a fresh start, but that didn’t happen. The principal comes out with Andrew, and the teacher lies and said he say the fight and that Tessa Banner did start it.
Juliet later approaches the teacher and tells him she knows he was lying, but he tells her he knows what kind of person Tessa is.
At the precinct the detective asks Henry if he recognizes any of the items. The detectives are called out by another officer, and when they come back in, they tell Henry he can leave.
Machado gets a call from the detectives that were investigating Henry, and they tell him they found Bridget’s finger prints.

Bridget gets home and Andrew is waiting on the couch. He tells her to sit down, and tells her that something may have happened to Gemma. Bridget gets a call, and it’s Machado, and says he wants to offer his sympathies for what may have happened to Gemma. He then asks if her sister (Bridget) would have wanted anything to happen to Gemma, and he’s on his way to New York. She thinks back to the dumpster, and we see that she planted the finger prints.
In Paris, Siobhan gets a call and a man says the Gemma problem has been taken care of. She says she didn’t want it to have to come to this…
Thoughts:
Not as suspenseful as the last two episodes, but still an enjoyable one. In this episode I actually liked Juliet, especially seeing her relationship with Bridget improving, and her also trying to work on a fresh start. Being a huge Veronica Mars fan, it was cool to see Jason Dohring in this episode as Juliet’s teacher.
Questions for the week…did Malcolm actually tell Macawi where Bridget is? Why did Bridget plant her finger prints on the evidence for Gemma’s disappearance? What did Siobhan have to do with Gemma disappearing, and how does it benefit her?
