The guys are watching a scary movie, when Jess decides to join in, but she won’t stop talking, so they decide to leave her to the TV alone.

Nick is going on a date with a woman named Amanda who bar tends with him, and this is his first date in a while. He says the problem with her is that she says so many things as though they are ironic, that he can’t tell if she is serious or not. Jess and Schmidt tell him just to suck in his gut and he’ll be fine.
He goes to his room and takes off his shirt to look at himself in the mirror. He turns on some music and starts watching himself dance, but can’t figure out what to do.
Schimdt and Winston talk about an interview Winston went on that didn’t go so well, because the interviewer just wanted to talk about gossip, which he knows nothing about because he was out of the U.S. He decides he needs to catch up on the U.S. gossip, so he can successfully interview.
Nick gets fully naked.
Jess is trying to work and asks him to turn down his music, but he can’t hear her, and she walks in on him.

Winston is catching up on Youtube videos, and movies. Jess comes to talk to Schmidt and Winston about walking in on Nick naked, and says she just wants to come clean. Nick comes out of his room, and Jess tells him she thinks they should talk about what happened, but he is angry and just wants to leave for his date. Schmidt spends too much time worrying about what Nick’s penis looked like, and Winston is confused as to why he wants to know, and Jess doesn’t give him any information either. She tells him that she laughed at Nick, and Schmidt tells Jess that you can never laugh at a naked man, or talk about what happened ever again.
Nick and Amanda get back to her apartment, and she continues to talk about everything sarcastically that he can’t tell what she really means. She tries to take his shirt off, but he doesn’t want to do it, (now subconscious because of Jess laughing at him) so they end up in bed together laying awkwardly with their clothes on.
Nick comes home the next morning, and Jess tells him she brought a feeling stick from school, that allows the person holding it to say what ever they want to feel. He breaks her stick, and then she pulls out her travel size feeling stick. He leaves, but she runs into the elevator with him, but he still refuses to talk about it. He then tells her that she ruined his date, because he heard her laugh in his head every time he tried to take his clothes off.
Nick goes into the bathroom, and Schmidt tries to get him to show him his penis. Nick tells him friends don’t do that, and to get out.

Jess goes to talk to Cece, who tells Jess she needs to make it even, she saw Nick’s, so she should show Nick her’s.
Winston had another interview, and did well until asked why he wants to sell medical supplies, and he didn’t have an answer. Winston tells Schmidt he doesn’t know what to do with his life, and Schmidt and he go for a run to get him out.
While running, Schmidt realizes he doesn’t know where he’s going with his life either.
At the bar, Nick apologizes to Amanda for the awkward date.
Jess prepares herself in the mirror for being naked. She runs into Nick’s room, but he comes home with Amanda as they get ready to “get intimate.” Jess tries to sneak out, but gets caught…she runs, screaming and her towel falls off.

Nick yells at Jess for coming in his room. Winston and Schmidt use Jess’ feeling stick to talk to Nick, which just makes him angrier.
Winston tries to assure Schmidt that they don’t need to know where their lives are going at this point.
Jess goes to Nick’s room, and apologizes.
Nick goes to take a shower, and Schmidt is inside, again trying to see his penis, so Nick turns on the shower and tells him to get out.
