I posted earlier that Lionsgate recently purchased Summit Entertainment, the company behind the Twilight movies. The company can’t say enough how much they would support Twilight author Stephanie Meyer if she would choose to write another book. The amount of money this franchise has pulled in is huge, and to continue it would only mean lots more money in the bank for the company. While Meyer’s hasn’t announced plans to make a fifth book yet, Lionsgate will jump at the oppurtunity to adapt it into a film should it happen, but what about the actors?
Robert Pattinson was recently asked if he would reprise his role as the vampire Edward Cullen should the opportunity arise, and he replied by saying, “I’d be curious what Stephenie would write, but I just think I’d probably be too old. I’m already too old. But yeah, it’d be kind of interesting.” (moviepilot.com). So, if you are a Twilight fan, would you see it if it didn’t include the original cast, or would you be happy to see new actors take over the roles? Many say the main cast are poor actors, and would be happy to see them go, but many would also not want to see new faces in the roles they love.
The final installment (at least for now anyway) hit’s theaters November 16 of this year. It was announced several days ago that the trailer for Breaking Dawn Part 2 would be premiering before showings of The Hunger Games which opens March 23rd.

In anticipation of the release of The Hunger Games, several of the cast members, including Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, will be touring the U.S. The cast will be making several stops on their tour from March 3-10th. If you read the books, it may remind you of the tour that main characters Katniss and Peeta make before they enter into the games. According to The Hunger Games Facebook page, “each stop will include a Q&A event where fans will have a chance to ask questions of their favorite cast members and participate in fun giveaways such as a chance to win a limited-edition Hunger Games HP Folio PC from the Microsoft Store or additional Hunger Games gear.” To find out if they will be stopping in or around your city, you can check out thier Facebook page, here.
Recently two new spots were released for The Hunger Games, only to make fans more excited. Post below what you think of the new spots, or what you are most looking forward too!!

Yes, The Hunger Games are a must read!!!! Extremely excited to see the movie!
In regards to Twilight, they probably shouldn’t drag them out any further, unless they can continue the story in a way that improves the series, rather than milk it for all it’s worth.
