The Munsters Reboot Gets a Trailer

The Munsters will once again be hitting the small screen, but don’t expect the same show you may have seen that was made back in the sixties. The new show called, Mockingbird Lane will be airing as a Halloween special on NBC, rather than as a whole new series as was originally intended. NBC had almost scarpped the whole project, but then opted to air the pilot as a special. So, I guess this could be testing the waters as to whether or not the series should still be a-go. Based on the trailer, I think it looks pretty cool. A total re-imagining of the Munsters in a contemporary setting. It doesn’t look to be as goofy as the original, but I guess we can decide when the special airs on October 26th. Take a look at the new trailer below.
